If you no longer require a product purchased from Leeds Nomad, you can return it for a refund within 14 days of receipt.
To do this, please contact us here with details of your order number and the reason for its return, and return details will be supplied.
Goods returned for a refund must arrive back with us in the condition they were received by you, so please make sure any returned item is well packaged and, if needed, tracked and insured.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach us and must be received by us in a ‘saleable’ condition, unused and in their original packaging. Please be especially careful if returning delicate items.
Processing of a refund will take up to two days after receipt of the returned item.
We do not offer currently offer exchanges. You may return the item for a refund, and once a refund has been received, an order for new items can then be placed.
If you believe the item purchased is damaged or faulty due to transit or manufacturer fault, please contact us immediately here. If this is the case, we may ask for it to be returned for inspection in its original packaging. If it is agreed that the item is faulty, then a refund will be granted.
Only regular, non-sale-priced items may be refunded.
